6 (3-ounce) pork top loin boneless chops                       9 teaspoons of your favorite steak sauce

2 slices red onion, cut in half and separated

30 minutes before dinner, cut the potatoes into 1-inch cubes, which will be 4-cups.

In large pot, put 1-tablespoon garlic salt in 8-cups water and add the cubed potatoes.

Bring to a boil (this will take about seven minutes).

23 minutes before dinner, start the Tossed Salad with Bold & Hearty Salad Dressing.  In the bottom of a large salad bowl, stir together:  Half -cup fat-free Italian salad dressing and 2-tablespoons steak sauce until well blended.

Put on top of the prepared salad dressing, in the bowl:  1 (16-ounce) bag iceberg garden salad mix in a large salad bowl along with half -pint grape tomatoes, half -cup fat-free shredded cheddar cheese.  DO NOT TOSS TOGETHER NOW or the salad may become soggy or wilted.  Cover and put in the refrigerator to keep chilled.

18 minutes before dinner, turn boiling water with potatoes off.  Cover and let sit on hot burner.

16 minutes before dinner, preheat indoor electric grill by plugging it in.

15 minutes before dinner, cut 2-slices of red onion a Quarter -inch thick and then in half.  Separate the onion rings.  Set aside.

11 minutes before dinner, generously spray the top and lower elements of the indoor electric grill with non-fat cooking spray.  Put 6 (3-ounce) pork top loin boneless chops on preheated indoor electric grill.   Close lid firmly.  Cook for 2-minutes.

9 minutes before dinner, put 1 and a half teaspoons of your favorite steak sauce on each of the 6-boneless pork chops.  Place onions on top of pork chops and close lid firmly.  Cook for 2-more minutes.

7 minutes before dinner, remove from grill and sprinkle with half -teaspoon dried parsley.  Put pork chops on serving plate.  Cover and let rest 5-minutes.   The pork chops will continue to cook.  Place Savory Pork Chops with Grilled Red Onion on the dinner table.

6 minutes before dinner, toss the salad with the salad dressing and top with half-cup fat-free croutons.  Place the Tossed Salad with Bold & Hearty Salad Dressing on the dinner table.

4 minutes before dinner, drain your potatoes.  Leave potatoes in the pan.   Add 1-tablespoon minced garlic, Quarter -cup imitation butter flavored sprinkles, 2-tablespoon lite butter, half-cup fat-free half and half, Quarter -cup bacon bits.  Mix well with a heavy-duty wooden spoon.

1 minute before dinner, put the Garlic & Bacon Smashed Potatoes in a pretty serving bowl and sprinkle the top of the potatoes with 2-teaspoons 30% less-fat real bacon pieces.  Place on dinner table.  Now sit back, relax and enjoy!

*Note:  I find this step quickest to do with using my hands to toss the salad and dressing together.
