Luke
11:9
"… seek
and
you
will
find;
…."
What
are
you
looking
for?
You
will
always
find positive and
negative
all
around
you.
Are
you
looking
for
opportunity
or
excuses?
Seek
and
you
will
find.
If
you
are
looking
for
positive
you
will
find
positive.
If
you
are
looking
for
negative
you
will
find
negative.
You
will
always
find
what
you
are
looking
for.
So
ask
yourself,
“What
am I
looking
for
today?”
Every
day
is a
new
opportunity
that
comes
with
a
choice.
What
it
is
you
are
seeking
for
today.
What
is
it
that
you
will
do
today?
Will
you…..
Hope
for
the
best
or
expect
the
worst?
Give
up
or
be
determine
to
persevere?
Be
kind
or
be
unkind?
Forgive
or
hold
a
grudge?
Build
up
or
tear
down?
Discourage
or
encourage?
Praise
or
complain?
Serve
or
seek
to
be
served?
Give
or
look
for
ways
to
receive?
Be
self
minded
or
others
minded?
Focus
on
ones
strengths
or
ones
weaknesses?
Begin
new…
or
stay
the
same?
I
encourage
you
to
begin
a
new
by
expecting
the
good
in
all
situations.
God
is
completely
mindful
of
everything
that
concerns
you.
Have
faith
in
God!
Only
Believe!
Seek
after
Him
with
your
whole
heart…
Jeremiah
29:13
"You
will
seek
me
and
find
me
when
you
seek
me
with
all
your
heart."
God
is
all
around
you
today.
Stop,
listen,
and
look
for
He
is
always
speaking
to
you.
Will
you
listen?
Will
you
serve
Him?
Joshua
24:15
"But
if
serving
the
LORD
seems
undesirable
to
you,
then
choose
for
yourselves
this
day
whom
you
will
serve,
whether
the
gods
your
forefathers
served
beyond
the
River,
or
the
gods
of
the
Amorites,
in
whose
land
you
are
living.
But
as
for
me
and
my
household,
we
will
serve
the
LORD
."
Be
encouraged
with
every
choice
you
make
to
day.

Isaiah
49:15
"Can a
mother
forget
the baby
at her
breast
and have
no
compassion
on the
child
she has
borne?
Though
she may
forget,
I will
not
forget
you!
I dearly
love my
children,
I have a
personal
bond
with
each
child
that
began
while
they
were
being
formed
in my
womb. I
think of
each of
my
children
several
times
every
day. I
carry
pictures
of them
in my
wallet.
Your
Father
in
Heaven
thinks
of you
continually.
He has
imprinted
a
picture
of you
on the
palm of
each of
His
hands.
Isaiah
49:16
See, I
have
engraved
you on
the
palms of
my
hands…
Your
picture
is on
the palm
of each
of His
hands
but your
freedom
is
pierced
through
the palm
of each
of His
only
son’s
hands.
John
20:24 -
27 Now
Thomas
(called
Didymus),
one of
the
Twelve,
was not
with the
disciples
when
Jesus
came. So
the
other
disciples
told
him, "We
have
seen the
Lord!"
But he
said to
them,
"Unless
I see
the nail
marks in
his
hands
and put
my
finger
where
the
nails
were,
and put
my hand
into his
side, I
will not
believe
it."
A week
later
his
disciples
were in
the
house
again,
and
Thomas
was with
them.
Though
the
doors
were
locked,
Jesus
came and
stood
among
them and
said,
"Peace
be with
you!"
Then he
said to
Thomas,
"Put
your
finger
here;
see my
hands.
Reach
out your
hand and
put it
into my
side.
Stop
doubting
and
believe."
When
Jesus
was
crucified
the
piercing
of the
nails
into His
hands
not only
proves
His love
for you,
but also
signifies
your
freedom
to call
Him
Savoir
and
Lord.
John
20:
28-29
Thomas
said to
him, "My
Lord and
my God!"
Then
Jesus
told
him,
"Because
you have
seen me,
you have
believed;
blessed
are
those
who have
not seen
and yet
have
believed."
Your
picture
is on
the palm
of each
of
Father
God’s
hands
but your
freedom
is
pierced
through
the palm
of each
of Jesus
Christ,
His only
son’s
hands.

encouraged

Is your day
filled with
challenges?
Are you
feeling
overwhelmed?
Are you on
the verge of
becoming
discouraged
or are you
already
there?
You may be
looking at
what you are
facing, and
see the
impossible.
Things are
not always
as they
appear. I
would like
to remind
you that God
sees the
entire
picture and
you, my
friend only
see what is
going on
through your
limited
vision. God
sees
everything
about your
life now as
well as in
your future.
He sees it
all and
nothing will
ever take
Him by
surprise.
2
Corinthians
4:16-18
Therefore we
do not lose
heart.
Though
outwardly we
are wasting
away, yet
inwardly we
are being
renewed day
by day. For
our light
and
momentary
troubles are
achieving
for us an
eternal
glory that
far
outweighs
them all. So
we fix our
eyes not on
what is
seen, but on
what is
unseen. For
what is seen
is
temporary,
but what is
unseen is
eternal.
All that
you see is
subject to
change. My
friend
please focus
on the truth
that God is
faithful and
He never
changes. He
is always
the same. So
I encourage
you to focus
on Him and
allow this
challenge to
be an
opportunity
for God to
develop
character in
you and
reveal His
plan to stir
this all up
for your
good. Keep
your heart
at attention
towards God
through
prayer,
digging into
His Word,
(The Bible),
and
application
of what He
is directing
you to do.
God knows
your
abilities,
and you can
take the
steps He
gives you
providing
you go at it
one step at
a time. The
requirement
is to be
obedient
with each
step. You
may
sometimes
feel the
steps of
obedience
are too much
of a
sacrifice.
Please do
not allow
your
feelings to
direct your
choices.
Jesus gave
the ultimate
sacrifice on
the cross of
Calvary.
This price
He paid was
for your
redemption
to
experience
total
eternal
freedom
today,
tomorrow,
and forever!
This proves
His faithful
love to you.
No matter
what happens
keep your
eyes on
Jesus and
everything
will be ok.
Be
encouraged!

Are you looking
to people or
circumstances
around you to
satisfy your
desires? Human
beings are
limited. God in
Heaven has an
unlimited supply
to fill you to
face your every
need. When He
fills you the
result is peace,
joy, stability
and confidence.
You will become
confident
knowing that God
is able to take
complete care of
you as well as
everything and
everyone that
concerns you.
People make
mistakes and
they will let
you down. Set
your affections
on God and be
guaranteed that
you will not be
devastated by
disappointment.
Colossians 3:2
"Set your
affection on
things above,
not on things on
the earth."
When you set
your affections
on God you are
actually
expecting to
receive from
Him, not from
the people
around you. By
doing this you
release your
expectations of
others into
God's complete
care, you are
actually letting
them off the
hook from your
own personal
expectations.
Absolutely no
one can touch
you like Jesus
can. Jesus wants
to completely
satisfy your
soul. Will you
allow yourself
to be joined
together with
Him allowing
nothing to
separate you
from His love?
Romans 8:38,39
"For I am
convinced that
neither death
nor life,
neither angels
nor demons,
neither the
present nor the
future, nor any
powers, neither
height nor
depth, nor
anything else in
all creation,
will be able to
separate us from
the love of God
that is in
Christ Jesus our
Lord."
This kind
of convincing
confidence only
comes when you
set your
affections on
things above.
Release those
around you, and
trust totally in
your Lord and
Savior. He knows
your entire life
story from
beginning to
end. You can
trust Him
because His love
is better then
anything you
could ever
receive from
anyone in this
world.
Psalms 63: 3-5
"Because your
love is better
than life, my
lips will
glorify you. I
will praise you
as long as I
live, and in
your name I will
lift up my
hands. My soul
will be
satisfied as
with the richest
of foods; with
singing lips my
mouth will
praise you."
I encourage
you to enjoy
today. Receive
peace and
confidence as
you trust in
your Lord and
Savior. Your
life is in the
palm of His
hands! Allow Him
to be the one to
satisfy you
because His love
is better then
life.
