One on One
                 Second to None

Mission Statement
To support, encourage and rebuild spiritual and family relationships for teen girls. It is our desire to see that the mentee becomes accountable, able to make moral and legal decisions, become functional in their community through education, employment and service.

One on One Second to None Mentoring Program
Is being offered to teen girls who have faced the Juvenile Judge for choices they have made. It is our purpose to offer these girls the opportunity to be encouraged in assessing current and future possibilities through setting SMART GOALS.

S.M.A.R.T. GOALS

  • Specific

  • Measurable

  • Achievable

  • Realistic

  • Tangible with a target date

It is our endeavor to bring about a constructive atmosphere that is affirmative and beneficial to encourage a healthy self-image. In addition, we assist each teen girl in setting and achieving goals relating to education and employment. We aspire to accommodate each girl individually by supporting her needs through a compassionate optimistic viewpoint.
We believe that a kind caring Christian mentor can assist each girl in discovering her true future hopes and dreams, while offering continued support through a mentoring relationship.
